Coaching Counseling and Building Connections with people comes naturally to me.  I have over 20 ys of Business and leadership experience which includes,coaching for premier  performace,,creating highly effective teams and motivating people to become more . My dad demonstrated to me at a very young age what different streams of income and handwork meant .I   watched boxing with him as a little girl and the champion mindset watching Muhammed Ali became hardwired in my personal drive.While I walked miles to school barefoot carrying books in plastic bags ,I loved reading and while I was blessed to have books given to me ,I started dreaming of clothes and shoes that I didn't have and understood that handwork and focus would help me  change my quality of life .  It was not easy coming from a culture where women are treated differently than men I had a single-minded goal to be HAPPY. My creative thinking allowed me to produce successful results .  While studying at an Australian university for Business management and Quality management for business excellence, I joined a Company from England and moved up the ranks to a senior executive managing the largest region, leading teams towards platinum performance, training new graduates and coaching employees  , skills I learnt from Anthony Robbins who I met while he was conducting seminars at his exclusive resort in my hometown,walking distance from where I lived.....While Anthony Robbins Fell in love with Fiji one of the happiest places on earth,where people take the time to enjoy the moment, I fell in love with his work and a positive and abundant mindest,together  with Action and high standards became my mantra.While excelling in my career I worked on several boards and supported women and youth with microfinancing a project supported by the New Zealand Government .Tragedy happened and I left everything behind to emigrate to the USA and start all over again almost 2 decades ago.My whole life changed, a new family,career,,new people and a big culture shock especially with the material world.I put my best foot forward, joined one of the big banks and worked my way up to the top  only to be laid off. after several yrs. later I started all over again, and for almost a decade have been coaching people through different stages of their lives. I have coached, counseled and interacted with over 20000 people and have a massive built-in memory filled with experiences of different cultures,professions,challenges and successes. While not one size fits all everyone is striving to find happiness yet most cant seems to find it despite having all the material possessions and riches. I feel each one of us needs to pay a price for out happiness which is within us We all have a gift we can turn into our livelihood. I have also turned my 2ND career   into Real Estate and different streams of income is supporting the lifestyle I have and want . Values and beliefs are really important to a person and until habits are in alignment with those goals there will always be a struggle.
